Mid-Atlantic market, an- nounced the completion of the sale of a business and 5,810 s/f restaurant building on 1.85 acres of land located at 3517 Old Capitol Trail in Wilmington, DE. The property was sold by Jester & Sons, LLC, known as Hunter’s Den Restau- rant, to Xia Zhao and/or Tian Cheng Development, LLC, of Wilmington, DE for $960,000. Also included in the sale is an adjacent two-story, 1,995 s/f building, 3513 Old Capitol Trail, that is used as the busi- ness’s corporate operations. Joseph Latina , principal, and Mary Ann Heesters of Patterson-Woods together represented the seller and procured the purchaser. La- tina specializes in retail and investment commercial real estate with a strong empha- sis in the food and beverage sector. Heesters has a back- ground in food and beverage, and specializes in obtaining and transferring liquor licens- es in real estate transactions. Hunter’s Den has been operating as a family-owned restaurant for over thirty years. It is known for its hunt- ing theme and historic charm. There are three dining rooms, Ripco leases former Fortunoff building in Paramus, NJ PARAMUS, NJ — Ripco Real Estate , New Jersey’s leader in retail real estate announced that it has leased the former Fortunoff Building at 150 Rte. 17 northbound in Paramus, to Bob’s Discount Furniture. Ripco was hired in mid- October 2014 to lease the property. Five months later Ripco’s New Jersey team, lead by Ira Kerner and Alison Horbach , has ex- ecuted a lease on behalf of the landlord.
