The projects included all architectural, MEP’s and all finish mill work. Ethan Allen in Marlboro, NJ was a 15,000 s/f turnkey fit out. In Marlton, NJ a 12,000 s/f turn- key fit out was completed. In an aggressive five week schedule, Gerard completed a state-of-the art design center and retail store in Watchung, NJ totaling 12,000 s/f.
