I nvestors continue to be active by market. According to a May 2024 article by Lily Katz posted on Redfin’s website (https://www.redfin.com/news/ investor-home-purchases-q1-2024), investor home purchases are on the rise, with investors accounting for roughly 44,000 home purchases in the first quarter of 2024.
