There is a bar with the rate and a bar with the payment.
The RATE is the amount* of that specific Use type and length.
The PAYMENT is the amount members can expect to receive, as some payments calculate crediting of session or holding fees.
The GREEN ICON highlights the amount a member or their representatives would see on the paycheck.
*For producers, this does not include P&H and employer paid fees
