All the research shows that diverse teams make better decisions. So promoting a culture of diversity and inclusivity isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s the smart thing to do. We are currently championing an inclusion programme across the Firm, which we hope will have a positive and long-lasting impact.
For example, our commitment to Women@Michelmores supports the
development and progression of women and aims to create a better gender balance across our partnership group. In addition we have signed up to the Mindful Business Charter and partnered with Stonewall to support LGBTQ inclusion so that everyone can be their authentic self at work. We are committed to creating a culture where everyone can be happy, healthy and more productive, and where we remove unnecessary sources of workplace stress.
