Founded in 2019, Everleaf drinks are non-alcoholic aperitifs created by Paul Mathew, who spent ten years as a conservation biologist before opening three bars in London. Paul found a lack of non-alc alternatives that would offer an uncompromising experience to the moderate drinker. This was when he matched his passions and found that by working with nature’s complexity, he could create non-alcoholic drinks with the same depth of flavor, complexity and mouthfeel as alcoholic ones.
