The transactions included: · Two tenants signed leases at The Grove at Montgomery, 21 Belle Mead Griggstown Rd. and Rte. 206, Montgom- ery. Club Pilates and Modern Canine are leasing a total of 3,251 s/f of space at the shop- ping center. Joe Hydro of Jef- fery Realty represented The Grove on both deals which is now fully leased. · Planet Fitness signed a lease for 19,317 s/f of space at Tower Plaza, 4100 Park Ave., Weehawken. Mike Testa and Bill Farkas represented Lidl on the sublease in the transaction, and Ray Villafana represented the tenant. · Family Dollar signed a lease for 10,582 s/f of space at Bay- ville Commons, 222 Rte. 9, and Bayville. Alan Walker and Shane Wierks represented the shopping mall and Dani- elle Brunelli of RJ Brunelli represented the tenant. · Mattress Warehouse signed a lease for 4,285 s/f of space at
