ACKENSACK, NJ — Phase one of Print House in Hackensack is now more than 80% leased just three months after an- nouncing its first 271 luxury units were available for lease in mid-June. When fully complet- ed, all phases of Print House will offer 653 units developed under a partnership between Russo Development, The Hampshire Companies and Fourth Edition Inc. and includes a highly anticipated soon to be completed riverwalk and public green space. “From the moment a prospec- tive resident walks through

Stu- dios start at $2,100, one bed- rooms in the $2,600’s, and two bedrooms at $3,495 depending on the floorplan. Delivery of the next phases of Print House’s residential development is un- der construction and expected to deliver in early 2024. Located at 160 River St., Print House replaces the long dormant and vacant 20-acre property previously home to The Record newspaper. Print House also offers over 30,000 s/f of street-level mixed- use retail space, NAI Hanson has already secured leases from Hackensack Meridian and Blue Foundry Bank and is close to completing leases with two other major retailers that will offer the perfect onsite amenity for Print House resi- dents and the greater Hacken- sack community.
