Who or what has been the strongest influence on your career? My father and brother have been integral to my growth in this industry. They have imparted their decades of industry knowledge on me, which has been one of the keys to my success. What unique qualities and or personality do you feel makes you most suc- cessful in your profession? Understanding individual personalities is an important variable when it comes to sympathizing with the needs of my clients. Early in life, I developed a passion for the creative arts, something I still feel strongly about. Through years of dance, theatre, acting and later studying psychol - ogy, I learned how to balance my interactions with so many varied personalities and learn from them. The diversity of my background is foundation - al to the current relationships I have with my clients. What activities do you enjoy during you free time? Outside of work, I enjoy all forms of the arts, whether it’s going to the theatre or ballet, going to museums, or attend - ing an art exhibit. I also have a passion for healthy eating and cooking. Finding a daily balance be - tween work and life is about being routine-oriented and ad- hering to a schedule. I like to exercise, so I have found that waking up at 5:30 gives me time before work to go to the gym. I think it’s important to stay ahead of everyday house - hold tasks, because ignoring these responsibilities can lead to stress that will ultimately negatively influence my work effectiveness.
