Combined with working at Greystone, a privately owned lender, I’ve executed transactions that no other lenders are offering in these markets. Do you feel being a woman is an advantage, disadvantage or no ad- vantage in today’s busi- ness world? Why? Why not? Advantage, without a doubt. I harness my feminine qualities to bring creativity & attention to detail to each deal. If there’s one thing the men miss, it’s attention to detail. Who do you feel was most influential in your
