PGDip student James Chang named ‘one of the finest’ at gradstar SA awards
representation from across the country and from all disciplines. The students go through a rigorous four- phase judging process, culminating in a day of workshops hosted by potential employers (sponsors). Many of the Top 100 recognised students have received job offers from major employers as a result of being recognised through this programme.
Ruey Shiuan (James) Chang, a PGDip (financial management) student at UJ, was named one of the #TenOfTheFinest at the GradStar SA Awards 2019 held in September last year. He was a member of a team that went through to the final round of the CIMA Emerging Leaders competition, a business competition designed to bring out the best in young business leaders of tomorrow.
GradStar is a programme that recognises the Top 100 students across the country based on leadership qualities and readiness for the workplace. Out of thousands of entries, the list is narrowed down to the top 100, ‘then the 10 of the Finest‘.
