GROVE WINERY 7360 Brooks Bridge Road, Gibsonville (Guilford Co.), 336-584-4060, @grovewinery Raise a glass and sip “a world of flavor grown around the corner.” Grove Winery crafts European-style wine from grapes grown in North Carolina and Virginia. The 44-acre farm is located at an elevation of 730 feet on the banks of the Haw River. Grapes grown here include Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Traminette, and Tempranillo. Tastings: $7 per person.
