Director – Professional Services (Lease Advisory, Rent Review & Valuation) This niche Real Estate Advisory firm is looking to appoint an Associate (Director level within the Professional Services team to assist in the growth of the division and the overall service offering of Metrus. Metrus currently offer a range of services to Landlords including Property Management, Asset Management and Professional services while working in conjunction with a market leading Investment and Leasing firm, Michael Elliott. They have a high profile client mix ranging from Institutional Fund Managers, Private Equity Firms and International Investors. Metrus’ Professional Services division undertake a variety of General Practice Surveying activities on behalf of its extensive client base. These include; lease renewal, compulsory purchase and compensation, business rates, rent reviews, asset valuation and leasehold enfranchisement. The division is led by Kathryn Sowter, Director, who has completed some of the biggest leasehold deals in the market.
Due to the continued success of the depart-ment and the firm as a whole, the need has arisen to recruit an exceptionally well established and capable senior property professional to join them. The successful candidate will work with the senior management team to grow the service line by working with the established client base as well as developing new relationships. First and foremost, the successful candidate will need to be a technically strong surveyor with the ability to successfully negotiate complex property related issues on behalf of Landlords. The appointed will be responsible for delivering exceptional results across the spectrum of services offered, but can specialise if required to a particular discipline. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a unique business who have a clear and targeted identity in the market.
