Previous Experience Extensive experience of leadership and achievement at senior level in a in a large, complex environment. Extensive, in-depth experience of formulating long term, organisation-wide strategic plans and development of projects resulting in positive value for money outcomes, adjusting plans and strategies in anticipation of complex environmental and political changes Experience of organisation-wide policy development, interpreting complex legislative and other requirements Extensive experience of leading and managing change to improve performance against KPIs. Extensive experience of delivering successful transformation and implementing innovation in practice. Extensive experience of strategic financial management. Highly developed understanding of planning, scheduling and management within a complex environment
