ALLENTOWN, PA — NAI Summit , a commercial real estate brokerage firm in east- ern Pennsylvania for over 40 years, has brokered the sale of a 30,000 s/f industrial warehouse in Eastern Penn- sylvania. Mike Adams , senior vice president, and Sarah Finney Miller , vice presi- dent, represented the seller in the transaction with a sale price of $1.95 million. The recently renovated building features two 3-ton cranes, multiple dock and drive-in doors, 20-24’ clear height, and heavy power elec- trical service. The large 9.25 acre parcel offers the future tenant outdoor storage and po- tential for building expansion. The NAI Summit broker-
