in this transaction. The 1,550 s/f freestanding office located at 12 S. Moun- tain Rd. in Harrisburg has been sold to Pokhrel Broth- ers LLC. The new owners will be renting the space to Neoly Homecare LLC, a lo- cal non-medical home care agency providing aide and companion care services to seniors, elderly, and mental- ly and physically challenged adults. Sgagias represented
the seller in this transaction. The multi-tenanted office investment located at 2843 N. Front St. in Harrisburg has been sold to Kachin In- ternational LLC. The buyer will be joining the exist- ing tenants that include a health care solution service, therapeutic massage service, and a beauty care service.
