These two powerful tools allow you to document ongoing feedback, accomplishments, coaching conversations, and project updates throughout the year. The 1:1 Journal feature is designed for employee-manager communication. You can open threads between yourself and your employee, then continue to track and respond to the thread until it is complete. The 1:1 Journal makes writing performance appraisals easier by having a documented history of your coaching conversations throughout the year. Continuous Feedback provides a way for employees to request brief feedback from any other employee in the company, for you to request feedback about your direct report, or give recognition to an employee for a job well done. Leaders can connect the feedback to the Performance Appraisal.
