7 Habits , Pre-Work Activities

American Educator, Author and Businessman Stephen Covey was inspired by the concepts of Humanistic Psychologist Carl Rogers and philosopher Peter Drucker.

Covey designed a effectiveness and their long-term success. Most of Covey’s work has been tested by experimental research demonstrating the benefits of applying these habits into daily life. Furthermore, many of his principles incorporate aspects of Behavioural Psychology, Cognitive-behavioural therapy and Positive Psychology.

PRE-WORK 1:

Attached to the email you will find a PDF file called: 7 habits profile. Find a quiet space and complete the rating for each category according to the instructions presented in the assessment.

An assessment of this type is only assertive if you try to be as honest as possible when choosing your score. This means:

Do not overthink your answers.

• Try to think of examples of your daily behaviours in order to demonstrate whether your first response is in fact true or if it represents more a “desirable” goal. • This is a personal assessment, as such it is only for your eyes. You do not have to worry about others seeing your assessment.
