Catering on the stand
We will provide All Amphenol staff with lunch everyday (sandwich, drinks). Lunch is for Amphenol staff ONLY not for customers.
Meeting room
We have private meeting room # 515B (1 st floor) located at 5 minute walk from the Amphenol booth on Wednesday, June 17 & Thursday, June 18, 2026. Capacity: 10 people in U shape – 48m².
Internet connection
Wi Fi zones Due to the high cyberattack risk we do not recommend to use Free Wifi We’ll provide a secure 4G network.
Lead management on the booth, you have:
Contact forms 3 Badges scanners
A trade-show brochure with your contact information on the back cover Please give your contact forms to the Hostess, in charge of the Leads Management on the booth . A desk will be specifically arranged on the booth. She/He will collect the leads, scan them, create a database for statistics. This way, we will send you all the leads right after the show.
Amphenol badges
Amphenol Sales and Marketing people will get an Amphenol badge showing their name and Amphenol Operation. If you already have one take it with you. At the end of the fair don’t forget to leave your badge on the storeroom. They will be re used for others event :) !
Cocktail
The Distribution team organizes a cocktail on Wednesday, June 17 . This cocktail is for distributors and upon invitation. If you want to participate, please register with Wendy Morgan. w.morgan@amphenol-roe.eu.
