SIGNING THE BUYER-BROKER AGREEMENT Should you decide to work with us, you will then sign a formal Buyer-Broker Agreement, as legally required beginning in 2024, to formalize our relationship and clarify all relevant terms and fees from the outset. From there, we will begin the fun part! BUDGET & PRE-APPROVAL Involving your agent in the pre-qualification process is often important, as sellers frequently ask if the buyer has been pre- approved.
