We’ll set you up to succeed. You’ll receive a warm, structured welcome, essential training and clear goals agreed with your manager. Introductions to your team, division and key partners will help you navigate quickly. We’ll identify early development opportunities - clinical skills, digital tools, quality improvement or leadership - so you build confidence fast. You’ll also learn how we listen (team huddles, staff networks, surveys) and how to raise ideas or concerns. By day 90, our aim is that you feel connected, confident and clear on how your work supports great patient care.
