The Shoppes and Residences at Renaissance Square is be- ing redeveloped to become a state-of-the-art lifestyle center. With luxury apartments, retail, restaurants, medical, office, commercial space, and a com- munity park, this center will offer a well-rounded experience for customers and residents alike. Current tenants at the center include Virtua Medical Group and TD Bank. Evesham Mortgage, Children of America, Gaetano’s Pizzeria & Chees- esteaks, Pink Petal Mani Pedi, Dunkin’ Donuts, Hair Cuttery, La Scala Italian Restaurant,

and La Vez Mexican Restau- rant will be joining the center in the coming months. RDManagement and its part- ners JMF Properties and Ripco Real Estate recently signed leases with DSW, Orangethe- ory, Homesense, Ulta Beauty, The Paper Store, Shake Shack, and B.Good at WaterviewMar- ketplace, a new lifestyle center under construction along Rte. 46 in Parsippany, NJ that will open its doors to the public in the first quarter of 2019. These tenants reflect what today’s customer is looking for and bring diverse offerings to the center. DSW offers designer footwear at a discounted price, Orangetheory Fitness offers a unique interval fitness concept, Homsense offers on-trend and high-quality home merchan- dise, Ulta Beauty offers an experiential retail element by letting shoppers test cosmetic and beauty products they are interested in purchasing, The Paper Store offers unique sta- tionary and gifts, and Shake Shack and B.Good offer deli- cious food options for shoppers on the go. These new busi- nesses, paired with Waterview Marketplace’s state-of-the-art Whole Foods Market, make the center poised to capitalize on shoppers’ demands for an array of options to choose from and a unique shopping experience. Over at Harbor View Mar- ketplace in Bayonne, the first phase of construction is taking place to provide the northern New Jersey community with a mixed-use center that is an- chored by a Costco Wholesale with a gas station. The second phase of the project will in- clude additional retail, health and fitness and multifamily residential apartments. Harbor View Marketplace is located in an Urban Enterprise Zone and is only 500 yards from a heav- ily trafficked exit on the New Jersey Tpke. When completed, in addition to CostcoWholesale, the mixed-use property will fea- ture 651 multifamily residen- tial units, with rooftop terraces and walking paths, and 100,000 s/f of retail space. Bayonne has always catered to families and renters looking to take a break from the city, and Harbor View Marketplace will surely attract local and transient visitors to the center where they can live, work, and play. have to remain flexible and ready to react to these evolving trends. One way that retail own- ers have been able to capture and retain today’s shoppers is through the development of lifestyle centers, which include a mix of retail, residential, and office uses, creating a well- balanced customer experience. RD Management’s projects that are currently in the plan- ning stages of redevelopment that are located outside of the Mid-Atlantic region are in North Fort Myers and Orlando, Florida; St. Paul, Minnesota;

Billerica, Massachusetts; Mus- kegon, Michigan; and Austin, Texas. Within the Mid-Atlantic region, The Shoppes and Resi- dences at Renaissance Square, Waterview Marketplace, Har- bor View Marketplace, and Milford Crossing are leading examples of shopping centers that are successfully capital- izing on the wants and needs of the modern shopper and gar- nering exceptional foot traffic and leasing interest as a result. Here’s what’s going on at these centers this fall. Located on Rte. 70 in Marl- ton, NJ, RD Management’s
