Everything is aesthetically presented on sharing platters for each table, creating a relaxed yet indulgent dining experience — perfect for a cosy and joyful late- autumn/winter wedding celebration at Silvertini House MAIN Slow-braised beef brisket, cooked low and slow until meltingly tender, finished in its own rich cooking juices. Sticky pork belly ribs, glazed and caramelised for deep flavour and perfect balance of sweet and savoury. Large king prawn crevettes, pan-seared with garlic, lemon and fresh herbs for a touch of coastal elegance. Salt and pepper chicken skewers, lightly spiced and chargrilled for warmth and depth. SIDES Golden skinny fries, crisp and lightly seasoned. (Truffle & Parmesan if wanted) Hasselback potatoes, roasted until beautifully crisp on the outside and fluffy within. A fresh mixed leaf salad with light vinaigrette to balance the richness of the feast. Our house-made slaw, creamy with a gentle mustard tang. Fragrant Mediterranean cous cous with herbs, roasted vegetables and citrus notes. A selection of artisan rustic breads for the table.
