On the f i rst Tuesday of every August towns across the US National Night Out , a community bui lding campaign between pol ice departments , community partners and neighborhoods , is celebrated . The Youth Department was able to participate in Rocky Hi l l and Groton this year , and can ’ t wait to get out next year .
