Responsible for the selection, implementation and operation of all technology infrastructure deployed at Rival, including the cloud infrastructure, local / wide area network and server services, telephony, collaboration, service monitoring, user support/help desk, workstation management, servers, storage and related software. Operationally responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, security and scalability of IT infrastructure across Rival. Lead technology infrastructure and operations strategy and execution for the enterprise. Develop infrastructure standards and IT operations processes to ensure the security, availability, stability and scalability of enterprise solutions Plan, manage and implement leadership for the operations and infrastructure area. Identified opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement for end users. Manage the business case, selection and ongoing management of 3rd party providers for outsourced infrastructure services. Includes cloud services, server operations, networks, and desktop configuration. Also responsible for implementation, standardization and ongoing management of 3rd party providers delivering infrastructure services to agreed SLAs. Develop and maintain an overall organizational model and resource plan to ensure effective and consistent delivery of infrastructure services and management of 3rd party service providers.
