Level of education equivalent to a first degree/ NVQ Level 5. or substantial relevant experience in Estates Management and Operations. A relevant Health and Safety qualification e.g. NEBOSH General Certificate. A relevant Project Management Qualification e.g. Prince 2. BIOH related qualification in the management and control of Asbestos. Accredited member of a relevant professional body. Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors/Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management Experience of leading, managing and delivering Estates Management Operation and Maintenance sevices within a large scale organisation. Experience of using CAFM systems and the interpretation of data to monitor operational efficiency. Experience of spotting systems waste, refining systems and procedures to prevent waste, supporting continuous improvement. Experience of leading, or making substantial contributions to change management projects, systems development and service areas and supporting the necessary staff development. Experience of developing corporate policies, strategies, regulations and guidance in the area of Estates Management and Operations and developing the necessary business cases to support their implementation. Experience of developing effective management of due diligence and risk management processes.
