RE Continuing Education Classes Resume CIRC is pleased to announce a complete new line- up of real estate continuing education classes. The complete rotation of all, or most, credits needed for license renewals in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey will be hosted by CIRC at the DuPont Country Club. Frederick Academy of Real Estate Instructors Andrew Taylor, Esq. and W. Duncan Patterson, CCIM, will teach the classes.
