PHILADELPHIA, PA — Meyer celebrated the opening of The Philadelphia Inquirer’s new hybrid headquarters in Old City. The 36,500 s/f work- space at 100 S. Independence Mall West honors the Inquir- er’s legacy as Philadelphia’s newspaper of record. The real estate acquisition includes nearly 18 acres of land across the two separate proper- ties and more than 250,000 s/f of interior space where Frontida Biopharm, LLC will remain the tenant. The first property com- prises R&D, production, and warehouse facilities capable of producing three billion tablets and capsules annually. PHILADELPHIA, PA — NexPoint announced the acquisition of two life sciences industrial properties located in Philadelphia, from Frontida Biopharm, LLC, a company in the Adare Pharma Solu- tions group. The properties were indirectly acquired by NexPoint Life Sciences II DST , a Delaware statutory trust seeking to raise $42 mil- lion in equity from accredited investors via a private place- ment offering. NexPoint Life Sciences II DST aims to raise capital from investors looking for exposure to the growing life sciences real estate sector. The real estate transaction builds on NexPoint’s commit- ment to grow its presence with- in the life sciences industry and to provide best-in-class facilities

Meyer worked closely with its project partners, building owner Keystone Property Group and engineer Bala Consulting Engineers Inc., to incorporate the historic nature of the structure, com- monly known as the Rohm & Haas building, into the fabric of the Inquirer’s new head- quarters.
