As time passes, we either achieve these goals or adjust to stay on track. I hold regular face-to-face or virtual meetings for Members in other countries, provinces, or cities. I also go and visit Members in other towns or regions. I work in collaboration with several Leaders who help to motivate and teach us different ways of working. I love to provide personal incentives and rewards for my Team. Instead of just growing large teams, being consistent in performance is of more importance. Network marketing is not easy, but it is the most beautiful journey if you are passionate about your work! Always seek love and a lot of prayers to support you on this journey. Trials and challenges will come your way.
Don't get distracted.
To overcome this, it is essential to remain focused. Focus will eventually lead to victory. Stay organized, proactive, and committed to your goals. Learn and follow in the footsteps of the bold and brave leaders in this business that stays fearless and committed no matter their circumstances. Plan to achieve all the incentives that INUKA launches for its Members and motivate your Team to do the same. You will grow and prosper on your journey to work towards every incentive. Encourage yourself and your Team to learn something new every day. A special thank you goes to my children, Shanyla, Thandy, and Valson. Without you, I wouldn't have such a solid reason to want to be a better and more successful person. To my husband, Dinis Langa, I could write a whole page about the kindest, most understanding, and participative companion you became on this journey with me. Thank you for believing in my business and dreams. Thank you for giving me space to fly. Thank you for being by my side and believing in me through the challenging times.
