I MOTIVATE MY TEAM TO WORK FOR INUKA INCENTIVES: •I always lead by example. I practice what I preach. •Growth starts with being a Club40 Achiever. If you master this one, you will get more encouraged to accomplish the other incentives. •I always emphasize that the incentives are for everyone, not only specific people at Higher levels. One must JUST BE HUNGRY ENOUGH to want to achieve them. •I emphasize the importance of starting and trying even if you fail. Just put excuses aside. It is doable. WHAT I HAVE LEARNT: •Dream big and work hard towards achieving your dreams. •I am improving my communication skills as I lead a team of people from different backgrounds, ages, and gender. •I am excellent at sales. •INUKA has taught me discipline in managing my finances. KEYS TO SUCCESS: •Invest in yourself with positive daily affirmations and declarations. •Invest yourself, your time, and your money in your INUKA Business. Even your Downlines can teach you something as a leader. WHO INSPIRES ME: •I am my first inspiration. I did not think I would be here in life with INUKA, and I have achieved some of my goals and dreams. •My mother uNontshongo, instilled the skill of selling as we grew up at home. She sold anything legal to put bread on the table for us. •To all of you working tirelessly with passion, you motivate me to work harder to fulfill the dreams of our parents.
GIVING UP IS NOT AN OPTION “FAITH IT UP UNTIL YOU MAKE IT” ISAIAH 60:22 When I started my INUKA business in January 2018, I was merely looking for an extra R2000 per month to keep me going until my next salary date to afford the daily essentials. Little did I know that INUKA is a Game changer. It is the business of Hope that changes lives for the better. I made it to Sapphire Leadership Status within 14 months of starting my INUKA Business. The journey to Diamond Status took 4 years and 9 months. But with my consistency, passion, drive, dedication, and showing up daily for my Team, I did not feel like giving up. Like any other business, I had my ups and downs, highs and lows, where I felt stagnant and even called myself UNOZINZILE because I was not progressing to the next level. But my WHY kept me going. My motivation was that through it all, I am not where I was when I started, and I have achieved so much through INUKA. I knew this fantastic business could assist me in accomplishing my goals and aspirations. It would not have been possible without my Team, TEAM MAHEY.
