I trained myself to put hard work into everything I do because every effort you put into the Business has its dividend and comes with growth. Growth requires us to invest in more stock to ensure the availability of products to our customers. This also helps to get more regular customers. My advice would always be to acknowledge the importance of unity and that it is essential to maintain a good relationship between yourself as a leader and your Team. Be reachable and easy to communicate with. Avail yourself for mentoring because the more your downlines are informed about the Business, the more they will be interested in taking their Business to greater heights. I thank my Team for understanding the importance of Teamwork. This achievement would not have been possible without their cooperation, dedication, and hard work. Thank you, Team Sese.
Being a self-motivated and goal-oriented person helped me to focus entirely on my INUKA Business. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me grow as a leader. As part of my growth in the Business, I committed myself to do weekly presentations. With these presentations, I ensured new members got the necessary information about their INUKA Business. I also set short-term goals for them and rewarded them if they achieved them. I was working closely with a group of leaders who understand the value and importance of Teamwork. I never thought I would become a Top 25 Business Leader. It was a surprise. Learning not to limit myself in my INUKA Business was the ingredient for becoming a Top 25 Business Leader. Remember, never limit yourself because limiting yourself ruins your productivity. It holds us back, convinces us that we are not ready, and stops us from pushing through challenging times.
