NEW EXECUTIVE DIAMOND TOLEKA LUDIDI
VIDEO PREVIEW
WESTERN CAPE JOIN DATE : 4 OCTOBER 2017
MY JOURNEY TO EXECUTIVE DIAMOND AND TOP 5 BUSINESS LEADER In my 5th year of selling INUKA, the dream I had when I joined became a reality. Since joining INUKA, I have told myself I will work until I reach the top. October 2022 reminded me that when you tell yourself you want something, you must work and give it your all. I would be close to Executive Diamond for a long time and not make it. Then I knew something had to change to reach Executive Diamond Status First, I had to remind myself of the basics of the INUKA Business. I decided to dedicate myself to mentoring my Team. I worked as though I had just joined the Business. In my mentoring, I knew I would not get to Executive Diamond without growing new Leaders in my Team. I had to work to mentor my Members to reach Pearl and beyond statuses. You will never make it in network marketing to the top if you focus only on your personal growth. Growing up with your Team is also part of Teamwork. I strongly believe in grooming others because I know that by doing so, my growth will come naturally. We grow by lifting others. We also need to be patient and remember that this is not a microwave success. Our type of Business needs us to put in effort and time, and in this way, you will sustain success. That is why I waited until the right time to reach Executive Diamond Status. I want to thank my Team; you are all amazing! When I worked for Executive Diamond in October 2022, I told them what I wanted, and my Team wanted the same for us as a team. We did this together. Behind every successful leader, there is a group of hard-working team Members. Without your Team, there is no you. As a leader, we must always remember this.
After Gala 2021, I sat down and did introspection. I remembered Alma, our Founder's message at an Event at the Grand West in 2019. The story goes like this: One day all the employees reached the office, and they saw a big sign on the door on which it was written: "Yesterday the person who has been hindering your growth in this company passed away. We invite you to attend the funeral." In the beginning, they all got sad about the death of one of their colleagues, but after a while, they started getting curious to know who the person was, which hindered their growth. One by one, the employees went to the coffin. When they looked inside, they suddenly became speechless. A mirror was inside the coffin. Everyone who looked inside it could see himself. The moral of this story is that your life is like a mirror. It gives you the reflection of the thoughts you strongly believe in. There is only one person who is capable of setting limits to your growth: it is YOU! You are the only person who can help yourself. Your life does not change when your boss, friends, partner, or company changes. Your life changes when YOU change. You can go beyond your limiting beliefs when you realize you are the only one responsible for your life. With this story echoing in my ears, I knew that I needed to change and take responsibility for my part in my progress. I sat down and strategized with Nodumo Maqetuka and my Upline, Nokuphiwa Nkunzi. We reminded ourselves of who we are and why we are in this Business. Something needed to change for us to reach the top. It is important to remember who you are and come to your senses like the prodigal son. No one needs to remind you why you have started but only yourself.
