Can’t find the 454-B products in the Trane catalog in your ServiceTitan account?
Some Trane Dealers may still see the old 2019 Trane catalog in their ServiceTitan account. If a Dealer sees only one Trane catalog that matches the "Old Catalog" image, they are using the outdated version. Last year, new integrated Trane catalogs were launched, which stay consistently updated. If a Dealer does not have access to these new catalogs, they should follow the simple instructions using the button below to update. These instructions also include steps to load pricing if needed.
