WEEKLY SAFETY TIP
Personal protective equipment (PPE) safety tips:
Fit: Make sure PPE fits well and doesn't move around. It shouldn't be too tight or too loose. Inspect: Check PPE regularly for damage and replace it when needed. Clean: Clean PPE after use to remove contaminants. Train: Make sure you're trained on how to use the PPE. Read instructions: Follow the manufacturer's instructions for proper use. Use new PPE: Use new PPE whenever possible. Don't share: Don't share PPE with others. Wash hands: Wash your hands after removing PPE. Disinfect: Disinfect shared equipment and areas where PPE is stored. Consider comfort: Make sure PPE is comfortable to wear.

INSURANCE DISCOUNT
Open enrollment for insurance benefits will begin in April. To qualify for the wellness discount, please ensure you complete the necessary form before then. The form can be found on the last page of your benefits book. It requires you to schedule appointments with your doctors for routine checkups and have them sign the form. If you need a copy of the benefits book or assistance with filling out the form, feel free to stop by HR, we’ll be happy to help. Personnel Records and Files
All employees are responsible for updating their personnel records such as changes in address, telephone number, within the ADP portal. All employees are responsible for notifying Human Resources in any changes in identifying data such as marriage, birth, death, divorce, change in name, etc. Human Resources may request supporting documentation before making the changes to the identifying data.
