Operators are im- pressed with its dual die-cutting feature that allows the die-cutting cylinder that is not in use to be set up for the next die cutting job while the press is running without af- fecting current production. Known as Easy Job Change, this new software upgrade allows automatic preparation of a subsequent job even before completion of the cur- rent production run. This provides fully automatic fast job change exchange once the present job is completed and low maintenance. Press control can be handled via a flexi- ble Profibus system and touchscreen. “The CorruCUT is also equipped with unique features such as anilox roller changing systems and vacuum-belt feeders without feed rollers. An innovative control system enables incorrectly die-cut sheets to be ejected imme- diately. All of these features raise automation levels and greatly simplify work for CorruCUT machine operators. “Other new solutions have simplified and perfected the interfaces to peripheral systems.
