ENTRAL NJ — Bus- sel Realty Corp. (BRC) , a leading in- dustrial/retail real estate ser- vices firm in New Jersey an- nounced the following recent transactions: First Choice Aquatics LLC has secured a 2,500 s/f lease at 257 Rte. 202 in Fleming- ton. The landlord, 257 Rte. 202 LLC, was represented by Steve Bussel, president, Chandler Vanderbeek , vice president, and Connor Vanderbeek , vice president of BRC Retail Services, while the retailer was represented in-house." 257 Rte. 202 is a 20,000 s/f retail shopping center located directly off Rte. 202 near the Flemington shopping circle and numerous major national retailers and outlet centers.
