Tony Plakas joins NAI CIR with experience owning and managing his own multi-fam- ily portfolio and as owner of his family’s Hanover-based restaurant for over 30 years. The 17,130 s/f office building located at 3608 N. Progress Ave. has sold to The Redeemed Christian Church of God Liv- ing Spring International Cen- ter. Bill Gladstone, of NAI CIR , handled the transaction. The 5,931 s/f office suite locat- ed at 2315 Susquehanna Trail North in York has been leased. Pinnaclehealth Psychologi- cal Associates relocated from another York office to the new location to better serve the local community. This location represents one of three Central Pennsylvania offices for the practice. Rob- in Zellers, SIOR, FRICS, CRE, and Casey Khuri, of NAI CIR, represented the tenant in this transaction. The former Weiner World, located 2310 Industrial High- way in York has been sold to Industrial Highway Ventures, LLC. The 4,000 s/f building was purchased as an invest- ment. Nik Sgagias , of NAI CIR, represented the seller in the transaction. The 3,200 s/f suite located at 2000 N. 6th St. in Harrisburg has been leased to Y&F Super- market, LLC. Adding an additional loca- tion to their local chain, Y&F Super Market provides fresh food and produce from local farmers to the community. James D. Ross , of NAI CIR, represented the landlord and Ryan Murray , of NAI CIR, represented the tenant. The 3,060 s/f office space located at 205 2nd St. in High- spire, Dauphin County was sold to JDAC 205, LLC. The real estate holding company for Youth Sports Photo Inc. will relocate operations from their current location at 535 Constitution Dr., Middletown. Amber Corbo of NAI CIR handled the transaction. The 2,509 s/f industrial property located at 10 N. Frederick St. has been sold to Hot Frog Print & Media, Inc. This location marks Hot Frog Print & Media’s second location in Mechanicsburg and fourth in PA. Daniel J.
