Nassimi Realty procures buyer for 106 Airport Rd. Neuman Commercial Group facilitates sale in Coatesville
OATESVILLE, PA — Neuman Com- mercial Group, LLC , has arranged the sale of Air- port Village, a 70,500 s/f gro- cery and drugstore anchored neighborhood retail center in Coatesville, Chester County. Constructed on 10.7 acres at 106 Airport Rd., Airport Village was 87% occupied at the time of sale, with national grocer Aldi, Dollar Tree, Rite Aid, Burger King, Verizon, US Renal Care, and accompany- ing service and food tenants. Gil Neuman of Neuman Com- mercial Group represented the seller, Nassimi Realty of New York, and procured the private buyer.
