W ASHINGTON, DC — Tishman Spey- er has secured a 37,700 s/f lease with Legal Services Corporation (LSC) at International Square, its newly renovated 12-story office tower, located at 1825 Eye, NW in Washington DC. Established by Congress in 1974, LSC provides financial support for civil legal aid to low-income Americans in every state, the District of Columbia and US territories. Under the 15.5-year lease, the independent nonprofit will move into 37,700 s/f across the entire eighth floor beginning in November 2024. Originally constructed in 1982, Tishman Speyer recently completed an extensive renova- tion program at International Square. Upgrades at the 1.1 million s/f, three-tower complex include a redesigned lobby and atrium experience highlighted KEARNY, NJ — Developed in partnership with River De- velopment Equities, Russo Development’s newest lo- gistics and warehouse devel- opment in Kearny is moving quickly toward delivery this quarter. LIVINGSTON, NJ — CBRE announced it has com- pleted a 10,728 s/f lease at Eastman Companies’ The Eisenhower (formerly known as The Eisenhower Corporate Campus), a 384,000 s/f, class A office building in Livings - ton. A.Y. Strauss , a boutique law firm specializing in com - mercial real estate trans- actions, construction, labor and employment, commercial litigation, franchise law, and bankruptcy and restructuring matters, has committed to a long-term lease. CBRE’s Jonathan Meisel, Dan Casey and Erin Wen- zler spearheaded the leasing campaign at the property on behalf of Eastman Com-
panies , working with Eric Maurer the director of leas- ing at Eastman.
