W ASHINGTON, DC — Tishman Spey- er has secured a 37,700 s/f lease with Legal Services Corporation (LSC) at International Square, its newly renovated 12-story office tower, located at 1825 Eye, NW in Washington DC. Established by Congress in 1974, LSC provides financial support for civil legal aid to low-income Americans in every state, the District of Columbia and US territories. Under the 15.5-year lease, the independent nonprofit will move into 37,700 s/f across the entire eighth floor beginning in November 2024. Originally constructed in 1982, Tishman Speyer recently completed an extensive renova- tion program at International Square.
