Word of Life Bible Institute Yearbook 2012

I could try and tell you how much time we put into this book, but that would be fruitless. We'd have to put together how much time was spent taking pictures, e- mailing different staff members, designing pages, eating Sally's baked goods, calling each other to confirm rides, choosing design colors at Lowe's paint aisle, singing along to Pandora, searching through pictures to find that perfect one, and having a little bit of fun. You may have noticed that there's no captions in this year's book. Yes, this was on purpose, and not an oversight. A picture is said to be worth a thousand words. So as editor, I thought, "Why limit the reader to what we think about these pictures?" As you look through, my desire is for you to relive the memories in your own words and heart. The theme this year is Pursing God's Heart, and with that there are some obvious design features that accent that theme. But as a team, we pray that through our yearbook you will remember how God's heart has affected you this year. Were you pursuing him? Did you seek after his grace? We saw many people come to the Lord through countless ministries including summer and snow camp. As we move on or stay for second year, I challenge you to continue to seek after God's heart. We hope we embodied the year as you saw it also and through this, you'll re member the great work God did in your life this year. Sincerely, Mercedes A. Conway, l
