Word of Life Bible Institute Yearbook 2012

The roles of the Service RAs and the Dorm RAs differ. While the Dorm RAs are working on discipleship and keeping things orderly throughout the dorm, the Service RAs are leaders in the workplace. Every work assignment has a specific Service RA. The Service RAs job is to keep the workers organized, to make sure the rules are forced, to answer questions and to assign duties. Our Service RAs are also to be leaders by example. Each service RA is required to work 12-15 hours. Not only are they taking the leadership role of the workplace, but they are also using their time to form relationships and to encourage the other workers.
