Emma Ray I honestly wanted to be a massage therapist. I wasn’ even thinking about coming to WOL. But God has this way of changing things; it's like “Life happened, anc BAM! I was here., haha”. Now that I’m haerpe thmouignh I raealKly like the emphasis on being in the Word, and also the fellowship we share as a student body. I love how all o1 the professors have ministered to us, each in their owr way, but Mark Strout really had a comfortable teaching style that spoke more directly to me.
Jordan Jolly I moved to Florida about five years ago and worked in ministry. I had the opportunity to be an STC supervisor and God really provided, and opened the doors for me to come here. Overall I’d say it was God's providence that brought me here. What I love about being here is all orf tnhe ministry opportunities and outlets. I really enjoyed listening to Dr. Ray Pritchard because of his pastoral experience. One thing I am really thankful for is the ability to rest for eternity in God’s presence because of Jesus' sacrifice. Tristian Huggins You know, Iwas gonna join the Marines, but my high school guidance counselor gave me this packet for Word of Life and God kinda led me here. I’m honestly glad though cause my life got changed listening to speakers like Dr. Ray Pritchard. He really spoke to me. I love being here surrounded by people who care. It’s like a community, we’re all there for each other. One thing, though, that I am really thankful for is that I have a healthy family that I love.
