During the fall of my senior year I was set on going to Liberty University, but my parents wanted me to come to WOLBI. As I was working through my decision God really changed my heart as well as closing the door to UNC Greensboro. Now that I’m here at the Bl I really enjoy sitting in the classes learning more about God more than I ever imagined. I also really appreciate Dr. Davis because he was able to make the seemingly inapplicable, applicable. With everything that I am learning, and how I am growing in Christ, hopefully in five years I will be more knowledgeable with a career, married, with children, and a ministry in the church.

I honestly didn’t want to come to WOL in the first place, was looking at some other schools, but God really closed all those doors, and led me here. Being here I real enjoyed listening to Dr. Ray Pritchard because he real connected with the student body and was able to relate to us. I enjoy the ministry opportunities, especially with being on the drama team because I really want to pursue drama. I really enjoy doing drama and would like to find a way to do it as a ministry, and be able to use it to share the gospel with the world.

I was looking at going to Liberty University when God shut that door. I went to a campus days event and enjoyed myself. I felt God leading me here. I love being here and doing ministry, because my ministry team goe out and visits with youth groups, leading games having fun sharing the gospel. I love how here at WOLBI we are a family. We care for each other and pray for other. I really enjoy learning in the classes, but I think Ray Pritchard was a great speaker. If there was one th that I was really thankful for it would be my family, and opportunity to be here.
