• School-wide emphasis on collaboration andProject Based Learning • Focus on growth mindset and student agency by enhancing 21st century skills development school-wide • Our program provides career and college readiness, internships, pathway exploration in STEM, Arts, & Entrepreneurship, and opportunites to participate in Hoosier Hills Career Center and dual credit opportunites • College-level courses beginning in their freshman year • Capstone experience where students utilize what they have learned to explore a school- wide learning project • Opportunity to earn credits towards an associate degree or up to 30 hours of transferable college credit, tuition free, through our partnership with Ivy Tech Community College • Community partners provide career development experiences, shadowing experiences, and internships for Academy students related to relevant academic/ career strands
