Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. Bidding Animals sold will be fed and cared for at purchaser’s risk for a reasonable length of time or will be shipped as instructed. Bulls are guaranteed breeders. All claims must be submitted in writing to the seller within 8 months of sale date, along with semen evaluation and health report from veterinarian, at buyer’s expense. Seller shall have the right to try the bull after his return before making any adjustment. This guarantee is void if there is evidence of improper management in caring for the animal or the animal’s inability to breed is due to sickness or injury which incurred after being sold. disputes will be settled by the auctioneer. Health Certificates will be furnished. According to information available from the American Hereford Association and from our own experience, all cattle in this sale are I.E. & diluter free. No further guarantee is implied.

HEATLH: These bulls are from a herd free from any known infections, contagious diseases, or physical abnormalities. Bowman Vet Clinic & West River Vet Clinic both manage the health of the herd. DELIVERY: 300 miles free delivery at buyer and seller’s convenience. Cooperate on further hauls. Will help line up transportation on any lots. All cattle left at Z Arrow T to feed must be fully insured.
