T he Panasonic Aquarea air to water heat pump, stocked by Heat Merchants, is designed to provide ideal temperatures and hot water in the home, even with extreme outdoor temperatures or for retrofit projects where a higher water output temperature is required. Cascade operation is possible for larger installations. Ideal for small spaces, the Panasonic all in one Bi Bloc system combines the indoor unit with a compact 185-litre stainless steel domestic hot water storage tank. Based on the Bi-Bloc model the outdoor unit is connected to the indoor All in One unit
an integrated remote control which can be installed up to 50m from the indoor unit and can function as a room thermostat. SMART TECHNOLOGY The Aquarea Smart Cloud from Panasonic allows easy and powerful remote control, monitoring and energy management from anywhere in the world. It is a powerful and intuitive service for remotely controlling the full range of heating and hot water functions, including monitoring energy consumption. The Smart Cloud makes the Aquarea even smarter by maximising comfort and minimising energy bills and CO2 emissions. The Service Cloud facilitates remote monitoring and maintenance by a service engineer

HEAT MERCHANTS DESIGN AND SUPPORT SERVICES The Technical Services team has full professional indemnity insurance and can provide installers with a complete design for heating, plumbing and mechanical ventilation in any single or multi-residential project and any retro-fit project. Systems will be designed to ensure a high level of comfort and energy efficiency for the homeowner. The team will assess the property’s requirements and suggest solutions and deliver a comprehensive bespoke technical design to include product specification, full schematics and drawings which will be in accordance with current building regulations and best practices. Heat Merchants also offers commissioning, ancillary certification and technical support to its customers. When it comes to retrofit projects the Heat Merchants technical services team will also provide the installer with the required technical information and guidance on the application process for grant funding from the SEAI.
