How to make a Cranberry Gin Fizz
• Pour one part gin (1oz-1.5oz based on preference) into a tall cocktail glass.
• Add two parts (roughly 2oz) organic cranberry juice.
• Add a teaspoon of real cranberry relish or a chunky cranberry sauce (don’t use the gelled together canned cranberry sauce) and mix together.
• Fill glass with ice.
• And now to add some bubbles, as bubbles always feel more celebratory.
• Top off with your choice of Prosecco to add some bubbly sweetness, • or a bubbly mineral water like Pellegrino for a little extra hydration.
• Optional: Garnish with a sprig of rosemary to complement the gin and another teaspoon of cranberry relish on top.
