SITE TEAMS INCORPORATE: • Joiners, concrete operatives, groundworkers and general building trades • Site foremen and supervisors • Skilled finishing teams for specialist internal works SUPPORT FUNCTIONS • In-house health & safety management (supported by external advisors where appropriate) • In-house quantity surveying, commercial management and procurement • Administration, finance and project support teams, ensuring smooth workflow through the project lifecycle
