MECHANICAL SERVICES
CURTAIN WALLING, WINDOWS & DOORS McMullan O’Donnell was sub-contracted by Woodvale Construction Company to supply aluminium curtain walling, windows and doors for the new Omagh Digi-Hub. The Benburb-based business supplied aluminium products for a wide range of spaces throughout the building, adding to its portfolio of commercial projects across the community, education, leisure, office and retail sectors in the UK and Ireland. Other projects completed by the business in partnership with Woodvale Construction Company include Moville Community College, St Mary’s Boys’ National School Maynooth and St Mary’s High School Limavady. McMullan O’Donnell is a specialist in the design, manufacture and installation of high-performance, architectural aluminium systems for the commercial sector, as well as PVCu windows and composite doors for the domestic market. McMullan O’Donnell fabricates all double and triple-glazed units in-house. Using the latest developments in computer-aided machining and production to guarantee optimum precision, its products are designed and manufactured to provide excellence in performance, security, long life, reliability and maintenance.
R&F Mechanical Services was contracted by Woodvale Construction to provide a full mechanical services package for the Omagh Digi-Hub. The project required individually-metered services to approximately 60 work units across two floors with VRF cooling, heating and hot water generation throughout. Stringent metering and control requirements across the individual work units were vital to the successful delivery of the project.
